Material covered by an order cannot be returned without prior written approval of Digitalweld.
All goods returned for credit must be returned freight prepaid.
All credits will only be accepted if the goods are returned in a new and unused condition, complete with all original packaging.
Any goods returned for credit will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Material returned and accepted by Digitalweld as defective may either be credited, replaced or repaired.
Under no circumstances is Digitalweld liable for any additional claims for expenses incurred by the customer in the use of the material purchased.
Warranty period will be dependant on the product supplied.
In the unlikely case that goods claimed to have a manufacturing defect that affects the performance of the product, Digitalweld require the goods to be returned at the customer’s expense for assessment. Once assessed the repaired or replaced goods will be returned to the customer free into store.
All parts being sent for warranty repairs will be invoiced to the customer and credit only given on return of the faulty part with the correct packaging and paperwork.
All warranty must be accompanied by the relevant documentation correctly filled out with the required information before any claim can be processed. Failure to do so will result in the claim being refused.
